Update 04

Hi Everone,
After leaving Marseille on Wednesday we motored along the coast to an area know as the Calanques. We passed several as our destination was Calanque d'En Vau. When we arrived there was only one sailboat anchored and plenty of room for us. The water was crystal clear but the water temperature is only 66 F, much too cold for us but it did not stop the people who had walked to the beach at the end of the calanque. By dusk all the beach goers and rock climbers were gone. It was a magnificent anchorage. The next day we motored (Note: we love to sail but the wind is light and on the nose so we must motor) to Sanary-sur-Mer. What a beautiful little seaside village. We have a good location on the pier just steps from the restaurants and shops. When we arrived yesterday we just missed the open market so we are heading there now then leaving for some islands which make up the Port-Cros National Park. We will anchor and explore. We have two slide shows but our Internet connection is too slow to load them so I have attached a few pictures until I can load the slideshow. The girls have decided that every slideshow must include not only a female scantily clad but also some men for the ladies to enjoy. You have that to look forward to!
