Update 02

Bonjour,
I am back on Sea Star in Port Napoleon. Arrived in Nice on Sunday after an uneventful flight. I walked around Nice during the afternoon before checking into my hotel. Weather was in the 80's but very windy from the South East. On Monday I took the train from Nice to Marseille, that train was late so I missed my connection to Arles but caught the next train with only an 1 1/2 hour delay. Ivor (he watched the boat while I was away) and his family met me in Arles. We arrived at the Marina around 4 PM after a stop at the grocery store for some food, beer and wine. Sea Star looked great! Spent today getting ready to be put back in the water on Wednesday. A strong Sirroco has been blowing since yesterday (winds from the South around 25kts). Port Napoleon is very isolated, not much here but boats, the closest town is Port St. Louis, a 30 minute walk from here and there is not much there. There is no reason to stop here other than to leave your boat. I will be glad to be back in the water and leave for Marseille in a few days.
Here is a link to some pix I took in Nice:

I'll send some from here in a day or so.
