Fred’s Art

Art and Artifacts.

I. Paintings.

A). Mao. Studied China communism in Washington. Painted a copy of a propaganda poster of Mao before Andy Warhol did his famous painting of Mao. I made Mao look evil. Andy Warhol made him more charming.
B). The Miller Mao Mao Bar. Nikita Khrushchev who despised Mao characterized him as "sickeningly sweet". When I moved to Tipp city Ohio, I painted portraits of Mao making him look like an M&M candy holding a bloodied sword. I then place them in a small room with the Miller high life beer neon sign that changed colors three times. I called it the Miller Mao Mao bar.
C). The Original "Mean Ass". My first painting. Visit sister Martha in Colorado and saw this guy at a bar. Circa 1974.
D). The Eyes Have It. 2008 market selloff. Take over corporate raiders devouring each other, voting with their forks. Who's the next takeover victim?
